0026 Tribe specializes in vintage items, which are pre-owned, pre-loved, and often one-of-a-kind. All product descriptions, images, and details (e.g., size, condition, material, era) are provided in good faith based on our inspection and expertise. However, vintage items may show signs of wear, fading, minor imperfections, or alterations consistent with their age and history. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that descriptions are error-free.

Colors and appearances may vary due to monitor settings, lighting, or photographic limitations. Measurements are approximate and provided as a guide; we recommend comparing them to your own garments for fit.

Availability is subject to prior sale. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in HKD and exclude applicable taxes, duties, shipping fees, and any other charges unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment must be made at checkout using accepted methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other third-party processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount, including taxes and fees. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted channels, but we are not responsible for third-party processor errors.

If your payment method is declined, your order may be canceled. We do not store full payment details; refer to our Privacy Policy for data handling practices.

4. Orders and Confirmation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject orders at our discretion, such as for inventory issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Upon acceptance, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee shipment until processed.

Orders are final upon confirmation and cannot be canceled once placed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen events like weather or strikes.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may incur additional fees for reshipment. International orders may involve customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are your sole responsibility. We are not liable for packages lost, damaged, or delayed by carriers.

Tracking information will be provided via email once shipped. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. No Returns Policy

All sales are final. Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, including for fit, style preferences, or change of mind.

Vintage items are sold "as is," and we do not offer warranties. Minor flaws inherent to vintage goods (e.g., patina, small stains) do not qualify as defects. If an item arrives significantly different from its description or is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will investigate and, at our discretion, may offer store credit or other resolutions, but no cash refunds will be provided.

No exceptions for sale items, intimates, or customized products.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, designs, and product photography, is owned by 0026 Tribe or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Trademarks such as "0026 Tribe" and our logo are our exclusive property. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

User-generated content (e.g., reviews, photos) grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify it for promotional purposes.

8. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hong Kong under the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). You waive the right to class actions or jury trials.

For non-arbitrable matters, exclusive jurisdiction lies in the courts of Hong Kong.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, wars, pandemics, labor strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
